| By using the aerobic diary you can track your daily exercise routine and type of exercise. Keep track of your heart rate before and after exercise. The dashboard will instantly let you know if you are hitting your exercise targets. |
| Aerobic activities include: walking, biking, jogging, swimming, aerobic classes and cross-country skiing etc. |
| Procedure: |
| At the end of exercise, immediately note time spent in exercise and take your pulse or by using a monitor for 10 seconds. |
| Multiply the 10 second pulse by 6 to get the number of beats per minute. |
| You will require your doctor to give you this reading or you can purchase a good quality Blood Pressure monitor. |
