Here at the calorie counter you can work out your daily calorie expenditure and intake.
How it works!
To work out your calorie intake go to the Manage Your Diet section.
Look up the foods you have consumed that day listed under the categories Vegetables, Red Meat, White Meat, Fish, Puddings, Snacks, Drinks, Alcohol).
e.g. Potato. Enter the approximate portion you ate 50 grms 100 grms etc . This will then be added into calculator. Then add the next food item etc.
Complete this for all the foods you have consumed that day. This will give your total calories consumed.
Now you move on to 'Manage Your Exercise and Calorie Expenditure Counter. etc. etc. etc.
