    Instructions
    Once you have joined ‘Online Personal Trainer’ you will be prompted to enter a number of details which are quick and easy to do for example your height, weight, and waist and hip measurements.

    Please try and be very accurate with these measurements, for example using accurate scales. For more information contact: info@blueskyacademy.co.uk

    Once you have entered your personal details, the results of your RMR, BMI and Waist to Hip measurements will be displayed on your personal dashboards.

    RMR is your Resting Metabolic Rate and this will provide you with the number of calories your burn in 24 hours and the number of calories you burn every hour.

    WHR is your Waist to Hip Ratio and doctors are now using WHR to assess a person’s weight. This is your hip measurement divided by your waist. So you will need to be as accurate as possible.

    Once you have entered these details you will now have various options.

    For example try using the Weight Control Dashboard. This is your energy intake (food) minus your energy expenditure (exercise) Here you will be able to enter details of all the activity you carried out in 24 hours including sleeping, exercise, work, leisure activities etc and then on the other side all the food you have consumed.

    It’s easy to enter your details by quite simply choosing the options from the drop down boxes. Once you have entered this information your results will then come up on the Dashboard.

    Your dial needs to be near the centre or leaning to the right if you are to maintain your weight or lose weight.

    This will also provide you with your daily Fat, CHO and Protein consumption.

    The Daily Diary will enable you to monitor your progress.

    You can also set weekly exercise targets and track your results.

    A history report is also available showing your progress in an easy to view graph for any given date.

    You can test your aerobic fitness levels and your strength.and your results wil show immediately. See the instructions under each test.
