    Health and Fitness Group and Personal Training Course
    Nordic Walking Nordic Walking is the new exercise phenonemum and we are basing our Personal Training expertise using Nordic Walking as the platform for you to increase your fitness levels, lose weight, tone up, improve your conditioning or train for a specific sport.

    Initially you will have a consultation so we get to know about your lifestyle, nutrition, health and goals. You will then be guided and motivated through your unique programme, to achieve measurable results.

    Our fun & individual approach encourages commitment and success for everybody.

    Your training program is always in the open air using Nordic Walking as the exercise tool.

    You have a choice of programs and poles are supplied
    Group Sessions Max 10 min £15 pp per session
    This is where we teach the Nordic Walking Technique to a group of no more than 10 and give you loads of advice on diet and fitness. Please contact us locations and availability.
     
    Recreational Program £5 per person
    based on a min group of 10
    You will be appointed a walking leader and this will be a very enjoyable Nordic walk in countryside locations in the knowledge you are in the capable hands of a qualified Nordic walking leader.
    For those people who really want to accelerate their health and fitness to higher level we have a choice of courses below
    Taster: £60
    This includes ½ hour Diet and fitness consultation and a I hour personal training program. Concluding with a 4 week personalised training program for you to follow.
     
    Anchor Programme £240 for the 4 week course
    4 x1. 5 hour Personal Training sessions after you have concluded the 4 week course which includes assessment and program review.
    Get Fit Program: One Hour Sessions £50
    To get fit for Football, Rugby, skiing, marathon training, squash.
     
    Lose weight and Get Fit. 4 one hour sessions
    £50 pp per session
    A 4 week introduction to the Nordic Walking technique with advice on diet and weight control. Personal Training also available.
